About Magen People
Magen People is a payroll and timekeeping system for Philippine employers, built and operated by Magen Software Philippines. It covers the cycle from a timesheet to a payslip: hours and leave are recorded against each employee, a payroll run computes gross pay, statutory contributions and withholding tax, and the result can be reviewed line by line before it is finalised.

Signing in
You sign in with the link or code your organisation was given, plus your username and password. User accounts are created for you by an administrator in your organisation.
Locked out? Contact your organisation's administrator.
Reporting a problem
Include these and a fix usually takes one round trip instead of three:
- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead.
- The exact wording of any error message, or a screenshot of it.
- The page you were on, and the company and pay period if relevant.
- Your username and organisation — but never your password.
Nobody at Magen Software will ever ask you for your password. Passwords are stored hashed and are not visible to us or to your employer, so a request for one is not coming from us.
